Why Sweet Ryde?

Our Sweet Ryde Corvette front suspensions use coil-overs or Shockwaves, so that your ride can be fine tuned for the weight of the vehicle and motor size.

All Sweet Ryde kits are designed to us 1989-97 T-bird/Cougar rack & pinion. This allows a narrowed hub width for more wheel/varieties. *Note, If you like front wheel drive or C4 and C5 wheels, we can custom build your front suspension wider.

Cars and trucks must have trimmable inner front fender panels and use 15" or larger wheels for Corvette caliper clearance.

Handles and rides like current vehicles. Why, because it's mid 80's to mid 90's technology instead of 70's technology, like Mustang II's.

Vette front suspension tech tip:

1984-87 Corvette suspension has 11" rotors, single piston callipers. 15" Aluminum wheels can be used, as a minimum.

1988-96 Corvette , 12" brake suspension has 12"-12 1/4" rotors, dual piston calipers. 16" Aluminum wheels can be used, as a minimum.

1988-96 Corvette , 13" brake suspension has 12 3/4"-13" rotors, dual piston calipers. Back cut 17" Aluminum wheels, as a minimum.

* All Corvette suspension parts are purchased from Corvette specialty salvage yards. Guarenteed to be straight parts. No guarentee on wearable parts, such as ball joints, tie rod ends, bushings, hub carriers, calipers or rotors.
